BTS is a k-pop boy band formed by Big Hit Entertainment. BTS stands for Bangtan Sonyeondan which translates to “Bulletproof Boy Scouts”. BTS is known as one of the best live bands in Korea, and their music has been described as being heavily influenced by hip hop, pop, dance and electronic genres.

BTS has released 4 studio albums, 3 Japanese albums, 1 EP and 16 singles. BTS is the first k-pop group to top the US iTunes chart, and the first k-pop group to be nominated for a Billboard Music Award. BTS is also the most followed Korean account on Twitter.

BTS is made up of 7 members: Rap Monster, Jin, Suga, J-Hope, Jimin, V and Jungkook.

BTS has a large and passionate fanbase called ARMY (Adorable Representative M.C for Youth). BTS’s concerts are always sold out and their music is loved by people of all ages.
